Apartment amenities:

Our holiday apartments are fully equipped. The kitchens include:

» Cooking and dining utensils
» Coffee machine and kettle
» Toaster and egg boiler
» Dishwasher

We provide towels, bath towels, dishwashing liquid and tabs, as well as toilet paper. For weekly bookings, towels and bath towels are changed once per week and are included in the price.

In winter, a ski boot dryer and ski storage are available. Our parking spaces are free of charge, as is the ski bus, which stops directly in front of the house. Especially convenient is the proximity to the supermarket and the bakery with breakfast service (also open on Sundays), just a 2-minute walk away.

Price information:

Our prices are per apartment per day, excluding local tax.

The local tax is €5.00 per adult per day; children up to 15 years are exempt.

NO pets in winter. In summer only on request – please note that a cleaning surcharge will be charged.

For stays shorter than 4 days, a surcharge of 15% per apartment per day applies.

Confirmed bookings must be made in writing and require a deposit.

Apartments are available on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please inform us if you arrive later) and on the day of departure until 10:00 AM.

We do not accept card payments!

In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full booked stay will be charged.

Travel insurance: Unfortunately, it may happen that a booked holiday has to be canceled or cut short. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which provides optimal protection for you and your travel companions. Please note that in case of cancellation or early departure, contractual cancellation fees will be charged. Without insurance, these costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival, 60 to 31 days before arrival: 40%, 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70%, 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total accommodation price.
